In accordance to the small population of those days, the space offered by the Monastery was sufficient to carryout its various spiritual, intellectual and social activities, but the same has, these days become too narrow in view of the unprecedented growth of population. Almost all of those participating in any religious, social or ritual programmes have been facing so much of inconveniences. Apart from these, there are a number of new demands of the age staring at us. Hence, in order to meet up all these requirements with much efforts the present Executive Committee has decided to purchase a piece of land measuring about 11 poles adjacent to the Monastery itself, which would otherwise have gone to other private parties forever.
For the welfare of the society, the Committee has decided to construct a new multipurpose building in the said land so as to carryout its various future programmes including other social welfare activities in consonance with the aspiration of the age. It has also been decided to raise a FUND for the purpose of clearing the huge balance payment of this land and for construction of the building as a whole. In this regard, a General Meeting of TBA was held on 16th Nov '08 and the present members felt to form a separate Finance Committee for the said purpose. The present members unanimously selected the following sub-committee.
